Conference: Thinking Through the Future of Memory
3. – 5. December 2016, Amsterdam
The inaugural converence of the Memory Studies Association by Aline Sierp (Maastricht University) and Jenny Wüstenberg (York University) will take place from 3rd to 5th December 2016 in Amsterdam. Among many events, there will be a roundtable discussion on “Moving Memory” with Astrid Erll (University of Frankfurt, FMSP), Daniel Levy (Stony Brook University), Ann Rigney (Utrecht University) and Michael Rothberg (University of California, Los Angeles). Another roundtable discussion on “Where is the memory field going?” includes Wulf Kansteiner (Aarhus University), Siobhan Kattago (University of Tartu), Erika Lehrer (Concordia University) and Jeffrey Olick (University of Virginia)
