On the Connecting Memories Podcast, Paul Leworthy talks to leading academics about memory.

Since its launch in 2020, the podcast has sought to engage scholars interested in memory by inviting experts in the field to present their work as well as asking each of them: what does memory mean in the context of their research? Whose memory do they study? And how?

Guest speakers on the podcast have included Frankfurt Memory Studies Platform’s own Prof Astrid Erll as well as other leading memory scholars including Prof Marianne Hirsch, Prof John Sutton, Prof Ann Rigney, Prof Edward Hollis, Prof Anne Fuchs, Prof Bill Niven and Dr Sarah Gensburger.

On July 1st 2022, the Connecting Memories Podcast returns with a new series! Speakers on the new series include Prof James Young, Prof Max Silverman and Prof Michael Rothberg.

Paul Leworthy is the host and producer of The Connecting Memories Podcast. He is an International Fellow of the Frankfurt Memory Studies Platform and in 2021-22 is a DAAD-funded Postdoctoral Visiting Fellow at the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt.
