We warmly welcome Silvia Correia (University of Porto), Rūta Matimaitytė (Lithuanian Institute of History), Alejandro Muñoz Aporta (Complutense University Madrid) and Marija Vasiljević (Institute for Balkan Studies) as visiting fellows at the Frankfurt Memory Studies Platform. Silvia works on contemporary history in Portugal and Europe, with a particular focus on conflicts. Rūta engages with history, memory and trauma in post-Soviet Lithuania. Alejandro pursues a PhD project relating to Post-war memory and literature in Germany and Israel. Marija researches collective memory in relation to late medieval and early modern Central Balkans.

Ronan Crowley (Marie Curie Fellow), Özge Özdemir (Humboldt Fellow), Ozan Cömelekoglu (Hacettepe University) and Erol Gülüm (Humboldt Fellow) will also be with us this term. Our fellows will present their research at the Study Group meetings. Find the schedule here.
